Take A Break From Bad Reality TV And Enjoy A Fine Czech Psychological Thriller

Are you sick and tired of lame TV shows and movies with ridiculous plots and hard to believe premises? How about reality TV?

Looks like anything but reality, doesn't it? I think the same way, but if you would like to sit down and watch some great cinematography about real girls and guys, I invite you to watch “The Rules of Lies” a superb Czech movie written and directed by Czech director Robert Sedlácek.

Part psychological drama and thriller, this movie won the Czech Lion for Best Screenplay and the Film Critics' Prize for Best Film.nThe film revolves around the lives of 12 people who undergo group therapy in an isolated community. These are real people with real problems, trying hard to come to terms with sordid pasts and a history of addiction.

You will love the way the plot unfolds amidst suspicion, lies and deceit that will make you wonder who to believe and who to trust. I fell in love with characters such as Monika, Dana and Marcela, the Czech actresses portraying them truly reflect how real girls with drug issues behave, a must see!
