Over-50'e Movie Romance
Last year, I hit the Big Five-O. Divorcee with children who have flown the nest, I felt lonely and depressed and had nothing but movies, my great love, for company in the evenings.
Then I came across an article in the newspapers saying how the good life begins in the fifties. I sat there thinking where the good life had gone and decided that it was high time I did something about regaining my happiness.
I signed up for 50 dating website which promised a new lease of life and romance for the over-50's in the UK. nI was soon contacted by a gentleman and after we have exchanged a few messages I found out that he was charming, funny and a film aficionado like me!
In one of the first message, I mentioned that I was watching a Czech movie called 'Pravidlalzi' online and he replied that he had just seen it the night before! We went on to chat about all the films we liked and it turned out that our tastes were remarkably similar. Things picked up from there and our little romance flourished just like in a movie, thanks to 50 dating!
